📦 Shipping Policy – Raíz y Cultura


Gracias por apoyar RaĂ­z y Cultura. Each item you order carries ancestral meaning, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your piece with care.


⏳ How long does it take to process my order?


All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume times or special drops, it may take a little longer. If there’s a delay beyond that, you’ll get an email update from us.


📬 When will my order ship?

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4 PM PST begin processing same day.

• Orders placed after 4 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

• Orders placed Friday after 4 PM PST begin processing the following Monday.


🔍 Can I track my order?


Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which usually activates within 24 hours.

 

🚫 “I didn’t receive my package” – What do I do?


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


If your package is marked as delivered but missing:

1. Contact your local post office and ask to speak to a manager.

2. Request GPS delivery data—postal workers scan packages with exact drop-off locations.

3. If it’s still not found, you can file a missing package claim with USPS. You may be asked to sign an affidavit to open an investigation.
